Spicy Chili Chicken

If you can handle a bit of heat, then this is the perfect chicken dish for you to make. Serve with cooked jasmine rice for the tastiest results.

Makes: 12 servings

Total Prep Time: 1 hour and 30 minutes

Ingredients:

• 2 Tbsp. of honey

• 5 Tbsp. of sweet chili sauce

• 3 Tbsp. of soy sauce

• 12 chicken drumsticks

Directions:

1. In a bowl, add in the honey, soy sauce and sweet chili sauce. Whisk until smooth in consistency and set aside.

2. Place the chicken drumsticks into a bowl. Pour the marinade over the top. Toss well to coat.

3. Cover and set aside to marinate for 1 hour.

4. Preheat your outdoor grill to medium or high heat.

5. Grease the grates of the grill. Place the drumsticks onto the grill. Grill for 10 minutes or until cooked completely. Make sure to baste with the sauce every 2 to 3 minutes as it cooked.

6. Remove and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
